What we’re looking for
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to adapt, problem solve, and learn new skills
Not be afraid of manual labor or widely varied tasks
Able to be consistent and work under pressure
Must have a flexible schedule around event dates including weekends
Must be willing to work early and sometimes long hours in all weather.
Must be outgoing, personable, and an excellent Red Coyote brand ambassador.
Have a good sense of humor and ability to have fun while working!

Red Coyote Half Marathon – Sunday May 9th
Red Coyote Love Run – Saturday June 26th
Red Coyote Runtoberfest – Sunday October 17th
Red Coyote Merry Mitchmas – Saturday December 18th
The Details
Team members must be able to work three of the four Red Coyote event dates. Event tasks include but are not limited to the following: equipment organization and transportation, event site set up and break down, registration and packet pick up processing, athlete information and hospitality, course marking and management, water stop set up and staffing, post race experience, (medals, food, and beverage), equipment load up, course and site clean up.
What are the perks of being a Red Coyote Production Team Member?
Team members will receive a $50 Red Coyote gift card at the conclusion of each event worked.
A short sleeve Red Coyote Production Team shirt.
Great learning opportunity for those considering putting on an event in the future. Complete training on event production tasks and access to race director Q&A sessions.
For team members who fulfill the three event obligation at or by Merry Mitchmas, we’ll provide a long sleeve Red Coyote Production Team hoodie or fleece.
We’ll have a fun post event “wrap party” gathering at designated locations immediately after each race to thank you for your hard work!
