SPRING 2020 SESSION: March 16th - April 26th

Have you always wanted to walk a 5k or just have other people to walk with? We are excited to have our FIRST EVER 5k Walking Program for the OKC Memorial Marathon 5k! We have the experience and the knowledge to help you reach your goals OR it can be as relaxed and laid back as you need it to be. From day one, you will be part of a walking community, our “Training Pack,” and you will form great friendships through your fitness journey while the motivational atmosphere will keep you engaged and focused on your goals.

DETAILS
This program is designed for people who have never walked long distance before with our beginner level and an intermediate level for more experienced walkers, you will get a structured introduction to help get in walking shape without getting injured along the way. This program will go by distance, not time so that you can walk at your own speed. Over the course of 6 weeks we will get you from 1 mile to 3.1 miles

There are no stopwatches or pressure of any kind, just positive support

The cost of this 6 week program is just: $49.00!

WHAT YOU WILL RECIEVE

  • 6-week group program building toward 5K/3.1 mile goal
  • Three fully supported group walks a week on Monday evening, Thursday evening & Saturday mornings with Positive support, coaching, and a fun group to keep you motivated!
  • A Red Coyote 5k Walking Program running technical t-shirt
  • OPTIONAL Cross-training Classes at no additional cost!
  • 10% Discount to the store during the 9 weeks of this program.
  • SCHEDULE

  • Monday, February 3rd, 7:15pm at Red Coyote OKC location
  • Tuesday, February 11th, 7:00pm at Red Coyote OKC location
  • Thursday, March 5th, 7:00pm at Red Coyote Edmond location
  • FIRST WALK MONDAY, March 16thth - 6:00PM at Red Coyote OKC location
  • 5k Walking Training will be held on Monday evenings at 6:00pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00am at Red Coyote Classen Curve location. Thursday workouts will be held at the Edmond location at 6:00pm.
